2017 Fall Meeting
This is a 4 step process,
- First choose your registration level
- Next your options and quantities to match the number of people coming
- Then renew your membership if needed
- and lastly complete your order.
You can add multiple registrations, once you add one, wait a few seconds and the "add to cart" button will come back, and you can add another registration to the cart for another person, each one you add will need to have the form filled out so we know who is coming.
Choose 1 of the Registration options below, all registration fees are per person.
Two day and one day registrations includes the cost of a 1 yr hobbyist membership.
Once you hit the "add to cart", a registration form will pop-up and needs to be filled out.

Pre-Register and Save, for our fall meeting. All registration levels are per-person. So if your spouse or friend are coming with you, please add another registration to your shopping card to reflect the total number of people going, you will have to fill out the form for each person.
All Registrations include lunch for the days matching your registration.
Dont forget to order your banquet ticket too! It is a separate item that will need to be added to your cart. Like registration, banquet costs are per-person. Please ensure quantities in your shopping cart reflect total number of banquet per-person.
Purchase optional items, including a bus tour Thursday, an event T-Shirt and Your Friday Night Banquet, make sure the quantity your order, matches the number of people coming with you.
Get yourself a specially logoed tee-shirt for our rare event! Gold shirt with a full color logo or a Black shirt with yellow logo. The shirts will be with your registration information when you arrive at the conference, they will NOT be shipped to you.
If you want more then one, but of a different size, change the options and add to cart again for each addistital one you want.
Black shirt is $15 | Gold shirt is $25
Enjoy dinner with fellow beekeepers at the conference center. Great time to meet new beekeepers and learn new things.
A live auction and the beekeeper of the year award normally also takes place during the banquet.
You MUST purchase Banquet tickets by 11/12/17. They are not available at the conference. THIS OPTION IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE
The Thursday bus tour will take you on a short trip thru the Niagara country side to Parker-Bee Apiaries. There you will tour the honey house of one of Canada's largest beekeeping companies. Afterwards you will be bused to your choice of 2 workshops, Mead Making Basics for Beekeepers OR Tasting Tour of Niagara. The bus leaves the hotel at 12:30 and comes back at 5pm. The only way to go to the workshops is to purchase the bus tour.
If you need to renew your membership, you can do that now, by adding your membership level to the cart. When you click "add to cart" it will popup a form for you to fill out so we have your membership information. The prices listed here are discounted to reflect the free membership you are getting with your fall meeting registration.
You can pay for your ESHPA dues online. Membership is individual, one membership gets one vote. ESHPA bylaws require membership to be paid in full 10 days before a General Meeting to vote at that meeting. Thank you for joining/renewing. Hobby level is 49 or less hives.
Sideliner is 50 - 299 hives.
Commercial is 300+ hives.
